What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of getsocialreps.app, the website. The Social Reps app is not released yet, so nothing here is a term of service for the app — separate app terms will be written and posted here before the app launches.
The site itself
This website is informational only. It describes Social Reps, explains how the AI on this site's roadmap is meant to work, and lays out the plan to run on your own API key. There are no user accounts, nothing to purchase, and nothing to sign up for.
No promises about the app
Nothing on this site is a commitment to a release date, a price, a feature, or a reply to any email you send. Anything about the Social Reps app described here — what it is meant to do, how it is meant to work — is a description of an idea in progress, not an offer or a guarantee.
We can change or shut this down
We can change, suspend, or discontinue this website, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. We'll try to keep the privacy policy, this page, and the AI and help pages accurate whenever the site changes.
Content and ownership
The text, design, and branding on this site belong to the people behind Social Reps. You're welcome to link to it. Please don't copy the site wholesale or use the name or mark to imply you're affiliated with us.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We're a very small operation and can't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Governing law
We intend to operate under the laws of the State of Colorado once the operating entity is formed. This section will be confirmed and finalized once that's in place.
